1. GENERAL ADMISSION
– All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
– Children under 12 must be always accompanied by an adult
– The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue
2. SAFETY & SECURITY
– All attendees are subject to search upon entry
– Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, and outside alcohol
– Please always follow instructions from security personnel and event staff
– Emergency exits must remain clear and unobstructed
3. FAMILY & COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENT
– This is a family-friendly event. Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated
– Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event
– Respect all attendees, performers, vendors, and staff
4. HEALTH & SAFETY
– First aid services are available on-site
– Attendees participate at their own risk
– The organisers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property
– Please stay hydrated and seek shade during peak sun hours
5. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
– By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes
– Professional recording equipment requires prior authorization
6. WEATHER & CANCELLATION
– The event will proceed rain or shine unless deemed unsafe
– In case of cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, refund policies will be communicated via official channels.
7. VENDOR & FACILITIES
– Food and beverage vendors are available on-site
– Please dispose of waste in designated bins to keep our community space clean
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
– Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or violence
– Excessive intoxication may result in removal from the venue
– Respect the music, the culture, and the community
